Our Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any unused products within seven (7) days of the shipping date. Before returning any items, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions
The product you wish to return:

• Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Must be returned with all parts, accessories, and packaging.
• Must be shipped back to our fulfillment center within seven (7) days from the shipping date.
• Must be returned in a single shipment; all items from the same order should be returned together.

If all these conditions are fulfilled, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), including any applicable sales tax, but excluding original shipping costs. Alternatively, you may exchange your returned product(s) for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded. For discounted clearance or "last chance" products, refunds are not accepted; however, exchanges for available products of equal or greater value are allowed.

Return Shipping Guidelines
For orders within Greece, you may return the product(s) using Geniki Taxydromiki Courier, and we will cover the shipping cost. Once we receive the product(s), we will proceed with your refund. Alternatively, you may use a courier of your choice at your own expense. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if you choose this option.

For international orders, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the product(s), we will process your refund for the product value.

Important Notes
We will not issue refunds for returns that do not meet all the above conditions. In such cases, you will have seven (7) days from the notification to request the return of your items, which will be shipped back at your own cost in the condition we received them. If you do not request the return of your items within this time frame, we reserve the right to dispose of them as we see fit.

Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within five (5) business days of receiving your returned merchandise.

• PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account and should be visible immediately. The exact timing of credit card refunds depends on the policies of your card issuer.

• Cash-on-Delivery or Debit/Credit Card Payments: Please provide us with your IBAN, bank name, and the full name of the account holder to process your refund. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your bank or card provider's policies. Note that the refund will be dated to match your original payment, so no interest charges will apply.
